    Hello All,

    I am looking for a professional flash designer to design a animated flash banner for my website.

    The banner must be 500px * 300 px, and be as low as possible in size.

    I am looking for the banner to have a talking poker chip to advertise some key points of my website and all.

    I have a budget of around 150-200 USD to be spent.
