Flash and Javascript Interfering

We recently added some video to our website via an embedded flash script. In the vicinity of the flash player we have a javascript menu that pops out to the side and would overlap the flash player, except that the flash player actually covers the menu when it pops out. Does anyone know if there is a way to code the flash so it is sent to the bottom layer of any javascript that might overlap? You can view what I am referring to at www.momentsofelegance.com (see how the javacript pop out in the left menu shows up beneath the video so you can't read the menu or click on any of the items. Not sure if this is possible or not, just trying to figure out a workaround.

    Thanks!
