    Its not a flash banner its a gif animated image.

    I see them all the time. I see bidvertiser advertising on adsense

    There are new ones. If you scroll over it, it will emboss. When you take \ your cursor off it, it will deboss.

    I had a Dove ad displayed (in flash) that you could use a stick of deodorant with the cursor. I don't think it will get a very high CTR.. I may disable them (if its possible?)

    its flash. simple to tell. right click (not left click) on it and you get flash properties dialog not image.

    yes, AdSense does have flash banners. heres a live one on my site


    http://www.ultimateyaris.com/lounge/ header and fotter are flash...might not be in a minute.but their flash ;)
