    I am trying to make a flash racing game, so far in the game I have a track and a car which goes, it times it but I need to record a lap time and then depending on the lap time speed up or slow down the car.

    Here is what you must do.

    Make the race for 5 laps with a lap timer.
    After each lap if the user was below a certain time the car needs to speed up or slow down.

    I am willing to pay $30 for whoever can do this.
