Flagads.net, a scam?

    So as I was browsing this forum I noticed an ad at the top
    advertising a CPM website called FlagAds.net.

    According to them, they have over 2 billion ad impressions per month.

    But according to a whois lookup, their website is only a week old.
    http://www.whois.net/whois/flagads.net

    If this is not a scam, why would they say something that is
    blatantly a lie?

    I just bought CPV from them. Pop up/pop under. i think they have different network. and on this new site they also start selling.

    If they would be prepared to say such a thing without any evidence to back it up (maybe they have affiliagtions with other large networks) I would steer clear
