    Hey DP,

    http://www.flabu.com
Trial Account Login (Username: trial Password: password).

    Introduction:
Flabu is a site a friend and I developed a couple of months back; it’s an incentive reward site driven by campaign offers. The user earns points by completing offers, which they collect and then later purchase rewards with. The entire design is completely unique as well as the back-end coding, all specifically designed and produced for this site.

    How the site works:
Firstly in order to operate the site, it first needs to contain campaign offers for the users to fill in and also rewards for the user to spend their earned points on. The offers can be obtained from CPA affiliate networks, and added to the listings easily via the database. Once added the system will automatically work out the amount of points to give the user, based on the payout of the particular offer when completed e.g. if the offer pays $2 per action, the users will obtain half the amount in points, each point is equal to a dollar in value.

The majority of affiliate publishing networks use the same system in order to retrieve the completed forms by the sites users. Once a form has been completed, the information, payment amount and user name are stored on the networks website. This information is downloadable via a .CSV file; flabu automatically downloads this file using a cron job from the network, and scans it for new entries. For every new entry found, the system checks the user and the payout then adds the users earned points to their account. This cron job is set currently to run every 5 minutes; however this can easily be changed.

Once the user has enough points to purchase a reward, they have already earned double of what it costs in revenue. For example, if the user has earned enough points to purchase a games console worth $350, the site has earned a grand total of $700 from this user; of which half ($350) will be profit. Once the user clicks purchase on the desired reward, the points are deducted from the users account and the order is added to the database. As the site owner you would be required to order and ship the product to the user using the revenue earned by them.

    Why are we selling?
The site simply requires much more time than my friend and I currently have spare, mainly due to education.

We are also actively involved in the development of new online marketing and business concepts and would like to see Flabu take off with the right people behind it to make it a huge success.

As well as this, we both don’t have the knowledge to run such a site; as we believe from our beta results that the site would quickly become extremely popular and require regular moderation. Therefore this site is a great investment, and has real potential. More information about our beta run is below.

    During beta:
Throughout development, we invited various people to join and test the site build for bugs. This was also for us to see how the site performed. Within a week of beta, we had a total of 52 users. As well as this via 2 different affiliate networks, the week’s grand total made was $800. After the week had ended we closed beta registration, and allowed our current testers to continue to using the site. By the end of the first month, we were using offers from a total of 4 networks, with a grand total of $2600.

This is however when problems occurred which both my friend and I didn’t expect. We had payment removed from a total of 3 networks, as our users didn’t abide by the set terms and conditions and filled in the same offer multiple times. Leaving us with a month’s total of $400 ($200 of this went to user rewards). After the incident we implemented a spam avoidance system, which meant each offer can be filled in per user, and per IP address.

As this was beta, it was a learning and testing period. As the new system has been implemented to stop this happening again, it shouldn’t be a problem for the new owner. With this said however, we would advise that the database is moderated to ensure that users are using the system correctly and in abidance with the set terms and conditions.

Since this though, we have decided to sell. For this reason, presume no traffic, nor revenue. However, the site could be set up easily and will still be readily accepted by CPA affiliate networks.

bcbdjungel, thanks for the kind comments.

As for an admin panel, we currently just use PhpMyAdmin as it does everything we require easily. There is no custom admin panel provided.
We would be happy to create you a Admin Panel for an additional cost.

I think you first need to show that publishing networks work like you said here by applying to some of them and testing the program, if not like that then the whole script would be useless. I logged your trial and there is no real offer to fill, just tests, so is hard to know if that can be validated at all.
If you have a list of affiliate networks that work like that, pls share them with us so we can at least read about the terms they use and how they manage .CSV stats. Thanks

The reason we only have test offers, is because if we use real offers, then once the offer has been completed by the trial account it wouldn't be able to be filled in again (due to spam prevention built in).

Also, the majority of CPA networks supply a CSV file with the user statistics, and this is what the script uses to identify what users have completed which offers. As said, we used a number of networks during our beta testing, and all worked fine. It also, works with any affiliate network that uses the direct track management system.

If you are interested in the website, and have the funds available I will be more than happy to demonstrate the system working in a 'real-world' example for you. I will also provide a list of networks which supply the required information for the site to run. Send me a PM if this is the case.

    Thanks,
    Ben

What CPA companies take incentive traffic?

How were you getting traffic to the site/find your beta testers?

We kind of need a way to know the networks will accept
the cpa leads instead of cancelling the accounts like they
    did to you.

You havn't had a successful test yet and it seems you are
    selling an idea gone bad...

Firstly, there are many CPA networks which allow incentive networks, however I don't have a list I can provide. Beta testers were found via word of mouth.

As for your second question, the networking companies addressed the issue that people were completing offers a number of times, and therefore payment was revoked. Since then we have added an antispam system which means only one username, or one IP can complete the offer once. This means the initial problem no longer exists.
