On the test.html if it can be fixed, is the preferred one to use. A prospect should be able to select from a dropdown list of options, and I don't know how to do this. The codes I'm using now just are not looking the way they should, and when you have a look at www.kcpa-tv.com/tv/test.html you will see what I mean.
