Fixing Blogger Changeover Hiccup

I recently updated one of my blogger blogs to the new platform. Everything went smooth until Google took to sniffing the site out and found that blogger had rewritten all of the achive URLs. So instead of blogger using the original URL as before the changeover, now all of the achive URLs have changed, for example: http://google.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_google_archive.html now reads http://google.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_archive.html. Is there a way to rewrite the URL somehow? Blogger is still showing the same page under both URLs and it looks like Google has given a dupe content penalty. What to do? Blogger wasn't smart enough to know this would happen? Any way to fix it?
