FIxing a Fake PR

I have two sites that are showing having fake PR. Both sites are seasoned, one being 3+ years and other being just over a year.

the 3+ y/o site has a PR3 which is showing to be fake. I do not know how this came to be but am looking for a way to correct it. The site it states I am getting my PR from is an adult site. I have no clue how this has happened.

The other site was just set up (domain was parked for a year under an older domain) and has a PR0, and this shows as being fake. Again the site the tool states I am getting the PR from has nothing to do with the topic material or myself.

How do I correct this? How does it happen??

    Domains in question are:

    www.herpedia.com

    &

    www.herpworld.com (parked under herpkingdom.com for a year)

I think, if you did not make it fake, the PR is real..

Your PR is indeed fake. This happened to me a while back, I got a fake PR4 because I was redirecting the domain to another name with PR.

I ended up just having to wait for the PR to clear. Fortunately, it went away at the next PR update, but I'm not sure if it always works that way.

The problem is I did not redirect anything. Some ofthe search engine caches are showing the other sites as my domain name.

I jsut want to be sure when the next PR update comes along i get what the site is, not what the fake is.
