So you want a fix to the bug? Have you tried fixing it? What have you tried so I know what not to try. Maybe break down each code and see how it renders in IE. Try to get rid of some errors from w3 validator as well.

I am trying hard, didn't find any or I am blind, I think it's something on the Layers or the stylesheet width, will digg deeper, please do so with me too.

Firefox and ie read css different and that is why your website looks like that.
You need 2 different css, one for ie and one for firefox.

This is why you test website in ie and firefox while building it.
You don't complete your website and then test it.. waste of time.

    Quality over Quantity my friend.

All your problems are in here!

Well, I know that, but can you specify instead and help me, I tried everything, you can use developer tools plugin for Firefox, I never used that so I don't have time learning how to use it lol.

    Hi Wissam.
Your site works fine in IE8, but not in older versions as far as I see.
This makes me think that it has something to do with the way you positioned the elements in the css file. If i could see the css I think i would be able to help.
Pm me if you still need help.
