Fixed Tooltip Script problem

hello everyone, i need some help with this script that i found here: dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/fixedtooltip.htm

I would like to know how to make that if mouse is on div of tooltip that it would show so many time till the mouse is on div....
and when it goes off the div it would go hidden... Please help me with this...
