Buying Fix Wordpress site

    Ok I messed up this site, moved it to a new hosting location and apparently left the paths in it to http://confeder.server284.com/

    This is the new location http://174.121.2.222/~confeder/ as you can see it's messed up.
    And if I try to do this: http://174.121.2.222/~confeder/wp-login.php it gets me to the
    login but when I click on Login it takes me right back to http://confeder.server284.com/wp-login.php

    Not sure how to go in and fix this. I have access to the cpanel/mysql etc but don't know where
    to change things.

    If you can fix this give me a price and time frame, looking for ASAP.
