Suggestion Fix the marketplace!

Fix the marketplace, you guys give to much power to the seller it is not fair. You allow a seller to back out of sale, cancel bids, cancel auction even when it passes reserve, change the reserver after its meet, etc.

• Bother buyers and sellers should be banned "X amount" if they fail to complete the transaction after winning.
• After a bid has been made the seller can not change the auction only the BIN price or reserve.
• Once the reserve has been met it can no longer be changed.
• Bids can not be canceled or changed
• all bids are binding.
• you have 7 days to complete transactions.

this is just a start that really needs to be implemented.

I can understand your need for change, but after reviewing your points, they do not seem to comply with world business etiquette. In an auction, any bidder retains the right to withdraw his bid, as long as he has not been awarded the winner of the auction.
On the other hand, the buy-it-now price is a seller's right, if or not to allow the bidding to exceed his bin prices. In standard auctions, the BIN is kept secret, unless the item is been sold at multiple locations at the same time.
So, yes to renovations and improvements, but we should remain within the norms.
