fix small form and get paid

i'm gonna hire somebody to fix something quick for me...this form has been driving me nutz.

the site is sitting at tcsn.net

the form however is sitting at kujitech.com

this shouldn't take no more than a half hour...i'll pay somebody $32.50 to fix this form for me. Albeit...i do have to invoice and get paid from my client and then a payment of $32.50 will be sent via paypal to your account.

Drew, are you sure the problem isn't in the sendmail.php file?
Check to see if the opening tag "<?php" on the first line has not been omitted.
Or send me the sendmail.php file and I will see what I can find...
