    46 / 100 obviously has room for improvement. Mid to high 70's is good and above 80 depends on hosting provider compressing capabilities.

    This is exactly your problem. You cannot use "fast", "bootstrap" and "JS framework" in the same sentence.

    -Oh wait, Bootstrap will make your site fail real fast!
    -JS Frameworks would crash faster than your page would take to fully load.

    Well, I stand corrected...

    What state/country is the site hosted at? Which hosting provider? The site is loading pretty slow and I am on a fast internet connection in California.
