Buying Fix my wordpress/apache issue

    I am having some issues with my wordpress installation. After you login to the wp-admin panel, you get a internal server error. Also, I tried deleting the .htaccess file to make a new one with all the same data to try and fix the issue. After I replaced the htaccess file, it gives the entire a site an internal server error message... I have no idea why and am clueless at this point... Any ideas? Also, this is happening to all of the wordpress installations on my server... Totally clueless here.

    I will pay $30 to whoever can fix this!!
