    I mean i buy my own dedicate server from leaseweb. I wonder what cause this large amount of packet loss from various country. My friend also got a server in netherland but Totally okay with the ping service.

    don't use that site at all, its showing heavy packetloss to my site too.
    not to mention 100% packet loss to MSN.com... lol

    If you have server owner company behind it, just add a new ticket there, its their duty, not urs. not to waste money.you are already paying them

    not sure which way your hosting company supports but usually login ur account >> add support ticket >> wait for reply

    To PsyHost, did not receive what you said. can send again by p.m

    - I face this issue

    When i try update my post at my CMS - wordpress, at times when i press update, it show page not found or server not found, after i press back , try again then its okay.

    I think there something wrong with my server or something, why the ping packet all loss and sometime show this page not found thing.
