Fix my site - script errors

    Hi there,

    A few minor errors are causing warnings on my site - Check out pages on http://www.StrikeTheWeb.com - like the contact us page etc.

    I'll pay $25 upon delivering an error-free site :) to the first person who thinks they can fix it - post on the thread so the rest know there's no need to post anymore.
