Buying Fix my Flash Banner

I have a Flash banner that was created by a guy here on the forum. The banner works fine and I am happy with it. Only thing, I need to add a link to it. Basically this is what I need you to do:

1. Add a transparent button that covers the entire banner.
2. Add the following code to the button
   

   on(release){
                   getURL(_root.redirect,”_BLANK”, “GET”);
   }

The idea is that the banner receives a variable (URL) "redirect" via the OBJECT call and redirects to that address on click.

Here is a sample of the embed code that is used:

1. Banner in FLA source code.
2. HTML embed code used by me.

You will give me back:

1. Working version of the banner per above specs in SWF version (must work in all browsers).
2. Banner in FLA source code.
