Buying FIX mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot - $20

    FIX mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot - $20

    I keep having this error
    [Thu Feb 02 01:56:11 2012] [warn] [client 98.119.199.85] mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/php5

    and my site keep load slow or hang when it reach its peak, i applied many things but doesn't seems to help.

    A working solution will get my $20 via Paypal. And sorry i can't give you my server access, i am running php5 , fcgi, i want use fcgi, changing to other PHP handler will fix it but cause severe load issue
