    try reinstalling whole wordpress ,deeactivate all your plugs,use twenty ten theme, do not use ftp client if your exp this, use online ftp panel if possible

    just go to cpanel and run any antivirus u have to clean injected files..also please check u have proper permissions for .htaccess file

    reinstall wordpress, and try to use the default theme, because probably you had a hole because of all these fancy jquery files. I had a similar problem, just deleted the JS files from my theme. but use a new one anyway as you probably have malicious code all over your files.
