    Hey there!

We are currently in the middle of having a company do the programming/back-end of our website. This website has a responsive HTML/CSS/Javascript/Foundation based design, but during the programming process we have encountered some issues with getting it to look "polished." As such, we are looking for a "holistic" front-end designer who can see our site, and instead of us having to go back-and-forth dozens of times, can take some creative direction and make smart decisions and improvements to the existing design.

You may preview the website at http://internal.604media.com/rec

If you believe you are able to improve our website design, it'd be helpful if you could message me perhaps an idea or two on what you think could be improved in the current design just from a first glance. Right now, for example, we feel there is a large amount of whitespace -- however, if you look at other websites like Zoocasa, Trulia, etc. you can find similar Real Estate Portals that will be able to give you an idea of what good interfaces should look like.

It is also helpful if you could provide a rough quote or your hourly rate (we understand this can vary significantly) and if applicable, some examples of your work are nice to look at.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and please direct message me if you are interested in taking up this job.

    Cheers,
    Curtis

    Hi Curtis,

I don't think there is really a lot someone can do with the site because it looks just fine the way it is. The only thing I can see wrong with it from a responsive point of view is when I resize the window to its smallest point, the content doesn't align in the center correctly - probably a few minutes of work for your current programmer to sort out.
