I have poorly coded HTML @ http://lugemisaasta.ee/subpage Header and footer parts are fine but the middle part is not functioning properly because of poor coding. 1) Left side menu. If you remove some items from left menu then there will be just empty space. The height is fixed but should change depending on the amount of the content. 2) The menu items must be with < li > tags to make it easy for adding to CMS. 3) The middle part should extend if more text added and there should stay empty area on the left and right when middle part gets too long. Middle part needs to look like this: http://lugemisaasta.ee/subpage/middle.png 4) Breadcrumbs missing in middle part. 5) H1 title should have red circle before it like on the image. I'm afraid you can't use the font used there as it's very rare but try to find as similar and good looking as possible that is commonly used (web safe). Or can you upload the font to server and use it? 6) Right hand side has some images missing. Just have a look at the image and you'll see what's different on the actual poor cut and make it proper. Please, also quote separately how much would you charge to make the page from scratch in clean coding. Please, quote the price and timeframe.
