Fix errors in joomla template - validate XHTML

    Hi,
    I have a joomla/hot property site with a valid XHTML template but I made some changes like change image header default by my own flash header and now this don't validate XHTML.

    Need fix this errors to validate my site. Some can give a quote for this?

    I have recently paid $150 to Joomla Dude for him to duplicate my site (the first in my sig) but use a Joomla template instead and he promised it would be done in 3/4 days yet it is over a week later and no where near finished and nothing like what I aksed for.

    You can see how it has been left by adding /home to the site in my first sig and compare this with my current site.

    If he disputes any of this I will quite happily post every one of the numerous pm's that has been exchanged between us to prove that he hasn't done one thing that I have asked for.
    I have sent my complaint to DP admin and if I don't get my money back will contact the police as I don't like being asked to pay for something that hasn't been done.

    I am sure from his feedback that he has satisfied customers before but he has let me down badly and I would not trust him to do work for me again
