I have a complete WP template with style.css but i just need

    the:

    ~Title
    ~Slogan
    ~Navigation

to be positioned appropriately as shown in the screenshot provided (for firefox and ie). http://i4.tinypic.com/6wp2hyd.png

PS: Please help me validate it, i have one error because i used a <center> tag and some css in my footer.php, please find a way

    to:

~Make the footer text centered without an error.
~Remove the css code in the php and add it to the style.css (without affecting the footer)

Please "PM ME" if you can do this right away and for how much.
    Thank you
