I need some fixes for a script like this one attorneydisabilityinsurance (dot) com 1 - If someone puts in their zip code it should automatically bring up the form with the city, state, and zip. The database is already on the website and just needs to be connected. 2 - When a user has filled out the form and it is submitted any errors, like if they forgot to fill out a field, should be automatically shown on the page without the page reloading. Should be fairly easy to do and I have all the files, I would like to have it done today
