I like to revert back to the old saying 'You get what you pay for' and for 5 bucks you cannot expect miracles when it comes to link building etc
In my opinion I wouldn't go and pay someone I know nothing about to do SEO work for my website, especially for only $5. I know we're in an economic downturn right now and many are trying to make some extra money, you just have to ask is this really worth it.
Most of them (let's say 85 percent) are nightmares and from what is left: depends on how you use them.
Fiverr provide service any work with $5. How you expect only $5. It is quality work may be or not? May be provide many fiverr person provide good service and some are not good.
What about an on-page SEO critique service? I've just started offering one on various forums I found that most people asking for help had problems with their web page that was easily identifiable - well I easily identified them!
