Hi, Did any of you have any issues when requesting refund/canceling deals with Fiverr? I never got my 5 $ back, which I requested 2 weeks ago and now another 25 $ they're sitting on and not replying... I am trying to request help from PayPal. Fiverr has a "non responding" customer service... Any advice? Mr.Dog
Never had any issue with them.I have purchanse more than 30 gigs.If your order is canceled for any reason money go back to your balance for future purchaces..
File a PayPal dispute. It will take a couple weeks to get your money back, but I had success in a similar situation.

That's what I did in the mean time and it attracted their attention. Fiverr could improve a lot on their customer support. It took about a month to receive refund. My advice to others is: file a PayPal claim if they don't respond... then they will respond and most likely will ask you to remove the claim and will then refund you. Fiverr has undergone some technical maintenance 2-3 times during the last period and that might have been part of the problem...
1. i have never had a reply from fiverr's support system. 2. i have never had a refund to my actual bank account / paypal account. All refunds go to the fiverr balance which sucks, as you then have to use it on fiverr and try your luck again. Just my experience. i think i still got $20 credit, and 6 gigs that i will cancel if they are not delivered by xmas.
Paypal very heavily lean on the side of the money sender rather than the merchant, if you are getting no luck from fiverr then push paypal and they will refund you, paypal have the ability to take it back off fiverr.
