Fiverr misuderstood my listing, how/where do I contact them to clear things up?

I posted that I would offer 6 months of the service I offer on my website for $5. I got a message saying it was denied because my delivery time was outside of 30 days they require.

Obviously they misread or misunderstood as I deliver the product within 24 hours, but the product is good for 6 months.

The email I got is a "no reply" email, where do I contact them to clear up the confusion? Or are they really saying you can offer a service that lasts more than 30 days? But that makes no sense, but if that's so fine, I'll offer just 30 days of service for $5 or more to tennerr.com

    Thanks

I found their contact info and they replied saying they don't allow a service that extends past 30 days, that's weird.
