I think google will let you advertize a fiverr clone.They want your money in any case ; )

 

I agree on this. You probably can advertise, unless the real fiverr owner reports you or whatever, so in that case your site might can get suspended, but even so, i think they might can just ignore it and you still can advertise as long as you pay them the money.
