The job of manager will be to over see the running of operations from dealing with orders to ensuring the orders are filled by the correct workers. The manager will have a large say in decision making, if for example they have an idea for new service or promotion offers, than aslong as the owners agree than it would happen. The salary of the manager is still be talked about but we expect it to be no lower than 50%, most likely between 50-70%. Thanks for the interest James i will get back to you.
