These sites just need some solid off-page SEO to get #1 rankings and you can easily turn these into good moneymakers. Even the ones with lower CPC, you can use Amazon (i.e. for howtomakecakeflour.com you can sell recipe books etc).

These sites currently have negligible traffic and income.

I am asking for just $27 per site, if you consider the keyword research, domain name cost (all are at Namecheap and still have 8 months), and 4 articles on each you can see that this is a good deal. Great price for newbies just getting started on micro niche sites or for more experienced people who want to expand their income.
