FIVE Free Domain Names (Hurry)

I live in the UK, and i dont have my domains or my domain transfered. I submitted a support request on Friday - No reply.

I have just had to submit another request for support, and they are ignoreing my requests, and i getting very cheesed off with their service, if they dont do something soon, i will be forced to phone them.

they prob under estimated the demand for the offer. I am shocked the offer is still up, as they don't even seem to be able to handle to current number of people.

 

Maybe they did underestimate. But they only offered up to 12,000 domains. I could only imagine that they went real fast in about 3 - 4 days.

 

Lucky you! Mine are all registered, but none of them are with me! Damn! This sucks big time! I'll recommend my friends to stay away from eclipse if they don't do either of the 2 -
1. Approve my domains and add them to my CP.
2. Disapprove them and somehow get them unregistered so that I can register those with a trustworthy registrar.
#2 might not be possible, but either of the two is fine with me.

Eclipse is generally a good company, i was at one point going to use them for ISP, but if i dont get my domains, then i will boycott them.

Edit: only use domaintools.com for whois lookups, other companys "sell" whois lists for legal and unethical schemes.

 

agree. At least let us buy the domain (from else where) if they wont let us have it for free.

well i just finally got my 5 free names, all were registered even the .com's and all fully registered in my name, check e-jokers.com if you wish to see an example whois

Are you from the UK? I ordered it on Nov,22 no sign of it getting complete. Submitted a ticket no reply.

If it only for UK, it should have been taken care at the time when we were trying to register, the website should not have allowed to register from other countries

Looks shady, who knows the website now could use our personal informations for some purpose,

I registered a single .co.uk domain and by the next day, it was resolving. Today I received my invoice.

They finally decided to answer my ticket. But since i submitted to technical support now they transfered the problem to customer service. I'm expecting an email from them saying how this offer is only for UK blah blah. But like i said under the Whois search these domains are already under my name. So now i just want to know if they'll find a way to un-register them or just give the domains to the early(before they decided to change their policy) non uk orders.

 

It would be nice if the company would release the domains that those non-UK people have registered so that they can reg them elsewhere.

 

I don't think this works. My order has been stuck on step 5 (order completion) for awhile now.

Im not from the UK, all the domain i requested are registered under my name. So lets hope it'll show up on the panel soon.
