Selling Fitness/weight loss site. #1 on Google. Includes articles for promotion.

I’m looking to sell bingowingsexercises.com – a straightforward site in a tight fitness/weight loss related niche concerning excess upper arm fat in women.

It’s currently ranked #1 on Google. Here’s a screen shot of a search undertaken earlier today (17 May 2010):

Domain registered in late December 2009 through GoDaddy so free push available to the buyer.

Promotion has been minimal (couple of articles on EZA which will remain in place after sale). Despite this traffic is increasing. Here’s a screenshot of traffic as at today (17 May 2010):

PR is currently 0 though that’s not stopped the #1 Google search ranking.

In addition to the domain name/web site I also include:

• 10 unique articles I had written which remain unused so you have immediate promotional material to submit to article directories
  
• An autoresponder series for list building purposes

No hosting included though if you require hosting I can suggest a host to you which can also assist with transfer and upload of the blog.

I’ll remove the Adsense, opt-in form and and CPA offer before transfer to the buyer so you can include your own Asense, Aweber, other offers etc on there post-transfer if desired.

Earnings minimal (one ClickBank sale and a few $ Adsense) though in better hands and a buyer with the time to put in to it I feel the site has potential for monetization.
