    I would take off the star rating system until you've got more traffic. Right now it looks as though your website is very new, but you don't want that coming across to visitors.

    A fitness picture included in the logo might be good. Just looking at it for the first few seconds I don't feel like I'm at a fitness site.

    Personally I'm not sure why you chose Joomla and not Wordpress or Typepad. Your site is more of a blog then anything else and Wordpress or Typepad would give you more control over the post.
    I have to agree with the comments on the logo. If you want to keep that logo that is fine but it does need to be a tad bit larger.
    I would change the Favicon to your own.
    Lastly unless something has changed that I'm not aware of your keywords are suppose to either have commas or spaces between them. When you added yours you ran them down the page. This only adds lines to your code pushing your content deeper.

    the logo is too small and i suggest as well to change the Favicon, its Joomla one by default...

    im trying to have full control on wordpress as i know it could help me better with the content of this site but still have too much to know about it.

    agree with the colors issues and logo, im searching for a better template, also with the keywords comment

    121 errors? only? sweeet :) i should def. switch to another template
