    Hi,

I saw your request for fitness steroids articles. My name is Tonia and can meet all your content needs. Though, haven't got previous work on this topic but l've got basic knowledge of fitness steroids. Just let me know the topics/keywords and details on how you want the articles to appear. My rates per article of 500 words is just $6 and $3 for 300 words.
However, here's a sample of my writing quality, it's original!

How To Stay Focused While Online
Do you find it difficult staying focused on what you set out to do when you get online? Do you spend hours online without achieving your primary aim of getting online? Do you desire to achieve more online within a specified time? Here are four invaluable tips that would help you stay focused online.

    1. Have a ‘To do’ List.
This requires that you list all the vital things you need to do when you get online before starting. Try to prioritise managing this list by attending to the quick, short task first and deal with the things you’ve been putting off for a while. Decide you would do the things on the list first before you do anything else. Working with a ‘to do’ list creates a great sense of satisfaction when a completed task is crossed off the list.

    2. Set a Time Limit For Yourself.
It is not how long you spend online that matters but how much you’re able to achieve. And to make such time worthwhile is the satisfaction derived from the fact that you were able to achieve so much within a short time and also able to get around to do some other task online. Set a time limit for each task on your list and stick to it. This will help you not to stay on a particular task longer than required.

    3. Check Your Emails at Scheduled Intervals.
Check emails and if there is need to reply do it quickly and go over to the next task on your ‘to do list’. This is simple, for example if you’re waiting for an urgent email that you’ve not received, you don’t have to stay on that spot while waiting for it. Go over to other task but check back every 5-10 minutes while doing some other tasks. So you won’t end up spending longer than required time just looking up your email box. This would put off the feeling of overload later on when you have some other things to do online.

    4. Avoid Distractions
This is quite an enormous task as the internet can be unmistakably disruptive. Avoid social networking sites like Facebook, Myspace and ‘sign in as invisible to everyone’ on Yahoo! Messenger. So you don’t get distracted with a chat even if you are ‘signed in’. It can also be helpful if you turn off the ringer of your land line. Better yet, put off your cell phone. Stick to your schedule as though they were important meeting or appointment and it will amaze you how much more you will achieve by staying focused, compared to when you used to get online with so many things in your mind.

Thanks and looking forward to hear from you.

Exercise and Fitness - The New Approach

It was once said by someone, “The only exercise some people get is jumping to conclusions, running down their friends, side-stepping responsibility, and pushing their luck!” ~Author Unknown (-Quote Garden, Viewed On – November 14, 2001). Having said that, something important, which catches the eye here is the criterion of misunderstanding and misinterpreting.
It is widely known that due to advancement of technology and science, people’s lives have been made easier if used in the right targeted direction. We can easily log on to internet and catch a glimpse of latest ongoing exercise trends and know about the nook and cranny of it. Why??? Because we need to avoid all those misconceptions and word of mouth stuff. Knowledge is the first step towards well informed decision, be it the field of fitness, diet, yoga or any other activity pertaining to health.
Let us take a look at some of the most common misconceptions and some of the “How Tos”, so people can get along with the fad n spice of everything.
    A. Common Mistake:
When it comes to body fitness regime and any program a person joins, he/she fails mostly at the basic and core concept. I.e. is the “Element of Goal Setting and Visualization”. Setting up Goals in any field is extremely important, but it varies from one aspect to another. Especially in field of Exercise and Fitness, as such events require proper guidance. Any person who sets a realistic goal which is based on short term time period has more chances of success than a person with a long term goal in front of him/her. It is believed that the power of visualization and short term goals helps the trainer and also the trainee monitor the performance and progress more adequately and effectively and has room for flexibility according to the well monitored progress graph.

B: Why did it have to be me:
Having post workout pains is as natural as 1+1=2. If the muscle has been worked out, then obviously its entire structure will be broken and then reshaped again. As a law of nature, human body has a tendency to adapt to environment. If something happens against its normal routine, such as Aerobics, Yoga or Stretching, the body responds to it by trying to adapt itself. The whole system of tendons and ligaments is re organized to optimize for better performance. If during this phase , proper nutrition and diet is taken, the pains and gains period will be quick and worthwhile. If anyone decides to quit due to constant initial phases of pain, then he/she is in for a long treat of painful joyride, Why?? Because then again the body won’t be worked upon in the Gym or anywhere needed and it will go in a rehabilitation phase, where slowly it will restructure itself back to same old previous form. This phase could be quiet timely.

C: Lets Show em What I am Made Of:
If You are hoping to impress your someone since the day one of your joining in on any fitness centre, by lifting heavy weights and going the “extra” mile, then you are not going to be as much efficient as you are supposed to be. Your body will not have even the split second of awareness that what exactly is happening to it. Day in and Day Out, You will feel more sluggish, lazy and weak, instead of active and efficient.

    D: Women Vs Weights:
One school of thought says that, lifting heavy weights and training hard makes women more bulky. According to Arnold Schwarzenegger in “Encyclopedia of Body Building”, it is said that Human Mind knows the sexual difference (Man / Woman) but the Body itself doesn’t recognize if it is a Woman’s body or a Man’s Body and will respond in accordance to its genetics and built. Women, by nature have a tender body and less muscular pumping tendency. As a result, weight training makes them more appealing to looks, well toned and curved.

    E: Equally Balance Things:
You Should start by analysis of your own body, and plan your workout accordingly. Most people just emphasize on Upper Body strength instead of rarely focusing on Lower Body, or vice versa. A healthy Workout should be planned according to the body needs.
    Summary:
Issues of Nutrition, Healthcare and Fitness can never be over emphasized. Their application varies from door to door, area to area and country to country. A Satiated and successful person is the one who properly analyses and figures out what exactly is best for his/her body instead of modeling oneself according to other people’s opinions and concepts.
