thanks for your responses, this is what i need, so i can improve the site day by day, and no i didnt design it, its a wordpress theme, a free one actually, but i paid some $ to adjust it to my niche
Good attractive design man !! keep it up!! The header looks slightly lowered.. Maybe u can reduce some space at the top
The logo needs some work, the whole site is about being BIG - and that logo aint Make the brand look BIGGER/STRONGER, dont make it look so bloggish and youre on a winner. Hope this helps?

Hey mate Nice work. Here is some help if you decide to enhance it a bit: 1. More white space altogether - looks a bit cluttered 2. The main menu should be enhanced - one misses it at first glance 3. May be it is just my browser but the top link get your body transformed in 2008/ its 2009 already / is dislocated 4. That fixed background of the page - not really helping 5. you need a logo that says FITNESS - this one does not. Good luck
Design is good. Content is good. In fact each and everything is good. I am sure u would earn a lot of money from this site.

Simple, informative, nice and quality content. One thing, if you put navigation (categories) on the right hand (banner ads) would be better. Overall your site is above average keep the good work
