When my mom lived in Florida, she did that. I went to visit her and she used to dip her feet in the channel and let all the fish nibble at them! That's just weird to me. I think it would tickle way too much. She said it worked though.
I think the practice of using fish to remove the dead skin around the body caused by skin ailment is there for some years. Fishes do a neat job in scavenging but piranhas will just overdo the job! Look for them before you dip your limbs
Watched this on news before, well it's just so marvelous that those fishes really removes your feet's dead skin cells.
I have heard of this before, sounds a bit crazy can you imagine having those little fish nibbling away at your feet, it would tickle the hell out of me but then again if it works and one has nice soft feet for summer then hey i am game!!!
I think this will be a lot of fun. I would love to try that one day if it ever hits the shores of my country
