    Why are you selling this site?
    I am selling this site since i don't have time, and this is the best creation of mine.

    How is it monetized?
    As of now i use affiliate services like AMAzon,Flipkart etc , which gave me around 10$ in feb. i used 5$ in publicity and advertising using ADWORDS.
    so profit is 5$ in second month. The content is unique in terms f nobody things about the outdoor games but people do search it . best time for earning is 12 months itself and secret is target those area on adwords where current season is fishing.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    NO

    How much time does this site take to run?
    No time at all apart from Advertising, but you can write blogs if you wish

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Nothing

    Last part - i will be giving complete access to you which include (website+wordpress+hosting) nobody give hosting but since i am not going to use it , i will be selling it . its paid for 1 year.

    this means you just have to change the affiliate links and email ids thats all.

    Please find the attached one. Also please convert the INR into USD. i have written lumsum amount but it is little higher than that but if you remove taxes and everything it will be somewhere round 10$.

    Also i wanted to mention - That it says that domain age 29 jan 2015 which is wrong because i transferred this domain to nameshop on 29Jan.
    few things however these may b wrong because it actually depend on web traffic on website and calculate it- check below
