As I said we are once again all royally screwed! The American people are being robbed again for another 4 years. When will the cycle end? I think that the RP revolution is the solution. We must wake up as many sheeple and we need drastic change or America will be doomed and we will all be nothing but cattle to the elite.

I'm too busy to spend much time here now. I've a couple of businesses and one is losing money rather than making it, so I and some colleagues are working on getting us to break even and then profits.

Its complex issue. I haven't followed it closely.

1 I immediately disregard the concerns of the "I hate everything about America" group. That is just the most destructive radical perspective.

    2. As with most big complex issues there are a variety of concerns to weigh between protecting American's constitutional rights and protecting America.

    3. The I hate everything about America group doesn't seem to realize that NO constitutional rights are absolute. None of them.

The Supreme Court majority in repealing the Washington DC gun laws and speaking out in favor of individuals rights to have handguns established restrictions in their opinion.

Rights of free speech are restricted at certain times. All individual rights have restrictions upon them when placed in conflict with the rights of the society. The constitution clearly protects that.

I did a quick read on Obama's speach following his vote on the issue.

I'll continue to go with that.

    What amazing newspeak.

Your rights can be restricted, even the unalienable ones.

All individual rights are subservient to "society rights" whatever those are.

America only exists by it's Constitution. That is why the oath is to uphold it, not to bypass it when inconvenient. You're describing a tyranny, when you say the Constitution isn't always in effect as the highest law in the land.

So what does "unalienable" mean then?

It's people making ignorant, false statements like this that promote the status quo that has got us to this point where everything is upside down.

Everyone is a genius in a bull market. Good luck. You're gunna need it.

This is so wrong on so many levels. I'm completely dumbfounded how the logic could be conjured to create such an association, let alone the conclusion that no rights are absolute.

Have you been studying your DHS manuals on domestic terrorism for a consulting gig, or something?
