    Hi,
Well, the graphics look "old-school" which is to say, your website looks like anything not too special made in the early nineties...
at first glance your site looks outdated and many might think it's an old site which hasn't been updated in years...
Personally I think you need to re-think the look from scratch...

Graphic-only main menus are SEO killers - although you seem to have links to all of the same content with previews towards the bottom of your site... ?

Is this an informative website, a blog, ???

Your use of punctuation is very bad, with inconsistant spacing before and after punctuation marks and way too many exclamation points!

The video in "Retirement" was -very disappointingly - NOT about anything in your website, but was an ad... I was annoyed... if you are going to spend my bandwidth on video, make it relevent - use text and images for ads.
Also, your articles should have pictures about the city! There should be pictures of the city EVERYWHERE on your site.

Your information is fine, and could be expanded on, for many visitors looking for related information, the content would probably be what they are looking for...

I have, of course, seen the sitesell.com site and the pushy ads, but I have never used it, so I can't say that you can't do something better with that service (although I have never seen a really cool-looking website made with their service, even in their own portfolio)... but I am tempted to say you should ditch them and move to a more common CMS/Blog format: Wordpress or Joomla or something similar...

Best of luck with the site!

    Hi Neeko3

I'm an SBIer too, so maybe I can help. I think your site design is just fine. It's simple and easy for visitors to find things, which is what you want.

However, I know they're upgrading the templates and have come out with a new 3 column template, so people can now make their sites look as fancy and original as they want. Of course, if you're like me and not the best at CSS, we'll have to wait just a tiny bit longer until they come out with the beginner's version of the template maker - where we won't have to know any coding at all in order to use it. But still, help is on it's way with that.

The only other thing I thought of when I looked at your site was your keywords. I check out the page source on some of your pages and I notice there are extra spaces between words, commas with no spaces, etc. where you put your keywords in. Maybe that's just my browser. But I would check that out.

You want to make sure whatever you put in the keyword field in the block builder is perfect to get maximum search engine pull. I'm not positive about it, but it could mess you up.

I also noticed you aren't using ALT tags on your images (or at least the one's I saw.) If you use alt tags, you will pull lots of traffic from your images. Here's how to do it: <img src="http://www.yoursitename.com/images/image-name.jpg" alt="The Name Pattaya Picture">

Lastly, I just want to encourage you to make sure you use Analyze It! after creating your page. If you use brainstormed keywords and write lots of pages that pass Analyze It, you will get traffic and your pages will rank.

That's about it from me. Please don't forget to use the SBI Forums to make sure you get help from people who know SBI. If you've never been there, they are very friendly and helpful.

Have a great day, Neeko3, and good luck with your site!
