Ok, Now this is my first site. I designed the site but the problem is that it only works on Firebird. It really gets messed up when viewed in Internet Explorer which like 90% of the people online use. So is it possible to get some sort of HTML Code i can place within the site so its more compatible? http://freewebs.com/mnaker Its not supposed to be a great designed site, After all it is my first and it should be good enough for coursework submittal. But I still want it to be viewable for Internet Explorer, As thats what I use to view it as school. Please help.
Well your background is repeating so that on a 1024 monitor, the cell that contains "Welcome to Retro-Gamer.cjb.net" . You might consider using a table in a absolute width instead o 100%
How would I go abouts doing that on Dreamweaver? Wouldnt that only solve one problem? :-/ I really dont know, But on Firebird it does look perfect. I was hoping for some sort of HTML generator that would convert my HTML so it would be openly compatible.
Right click on the table - somewhere you should see table properties. I don't use Firebird - but maybe Firebird is not repeating (tiling) the background (like a backgound should be)?
Theres no Table opitions when i right click. Only options for creating new Tables... So many opitions :-( I really need to find it, I've edited the site abit looks slightly better. Still not 100%
I just started DW MX. Took me a little time to find it - do you know HTML code? Anyway - on mine there was a properties link at the very bottom. And then right above that - the table tag. When I hit the table tag I got to see the tables properties
