The price seems a bit high to me. If you search on DP, you can get similar services at much cheaper rates. (I am assuming the 2500 blogs belong to the same network. If they are unique blogs on different IPs, then $800 is a reasonable price).

Im not going to say if its worth it or not because they may come and kick my virtual butt, but id stop being lazy Im partly jealous because i dont have $800 to make this an option for me but honestly you can do this work yourself over a few months. Ask them how many Titles and Descriptions they allow for the directory submissions. Ask them how many IP's they are spread accross. Ask them how many people will be working on this package for you. Ask how quickly all of these gaurantees will happen.
