First Time On First Page... FIRST DAY!

Well, I purchased the domain http://tourthemes.com and http://9630themes.com when rumors surrounding the release of a new BlackBerry cellphone started swirling.
'Tour' was the nickname and 9630 was the supposed device number.
I took my chance right away by nabbing the 'themes' domain because this is the BIGGEST thing with BlackBerry users. We love our themes and aren't shy to pay for them either.
I made the site live about a week ago and finally the Blog was recognized (or whatever you want to call it) by Google.
Today was the first day I started receiving search engine hits. It started a few hours ago actually. I checked at 2 p.m. on my lunch break (for activity) and there were no search engine hits. I just checked again a few minutes ago and whola! 53 Search Engine hits on 9 Keywords!
This is going to be big as soon as Themes for the device start being developed. BlackBerry Devs are currently creating the program that will allow people (anyone) to make themes and it looks like my site will be the go-to site, I already have contacts with some of the best BlackBerry theme developers so wish me luck .

I don't know of too many tips. I just used the SEO plugin which helped a lot.

 

Today so far, first full day on google, there are 162 google hits.
I also diversified keywords so now Im getting hits for blackberry messenger as well.

 

It is actually a great business to buy domains for terms like that as soon as rumors start. When the whole iPhone talk begun those domains were are bought up within seconds

Are you ranking with those keywords in quotes? If not, then good job...

Lol people said the same about my last site and it still consistently gets 300+ google hits a day.
I'm on first page because of my domain name, not a honey moon.
The hits will only get better, not worse.
Today, the first full day I've been on google ended with 239 hits.
No I'm not getting top hits from quotes.
I'm perfectly happy with the stats right now seeing as how my site has no content. Just two blog posts that indicate the content is coming soon (no themes have been developed yet as the software hasn't been released to make the themes with).

Yeah, like I said there's only 2 posts so far so I'm not expecting the bounce rate to be low.
As soon as I start getting content it will drop dramatically.

Yahoo finally picked me site up an hour or so ago!
Already getting hits from there. Page one for blackberry tour themes on it as well .
Did some back links today too.
263 referring hits and 221 search engine. Not final stats for the day though.
493 unique visitors and 521 total.
