we have been having a small issue with the php mail all you had to do is pm me and i would of credited your account and had techs try and fix it for you or offered to move you to a new server

I had problem with my site and with my cpanel , but bfkhosting and support told me they would fix my problem as fast as they could, they respond to my problems fast, and they deal with me patiently, coz I was worried, Im happy that I pick this host, now my site and my cpanel is working fine

our NL server that you are hosted on has been getting alot of down time due to one of our techs we fired had a back door programe installed on the server that granted him access to the root system and he's been causing alot of issues all accounts hosted on this server are being credited due to this issue a new servers is being brought online with new ips and everything if you are hosted on this server you'll get an email from our support dept within the next day if you do not get an email then this issue dose not affect you. sorry i have been away from the computer but i was dealing with a sick kid and family always comes first remember you can email our support deptment if you need help faster. . our support staff respond quick if they do not report by pm to me the date and time you sent in a support email and if i find that it was iggnored buy our on duty staff they will be removed and new staff Hired to fix the support errors. i thank all clients for putting up with the issues that have come up and well have everything back on traack shortly. I am also awaiting response (weeks) from "bfkhosting" so I can have some issues resolved that I have been waiting very patiently to be addressed. I also have sent in numerous requests for support and I did not want to bash this thread or his company because when I was able to speak with him, he was very helpful, but I do want to get what I have paid for or I would expect a "Full Refund". I will of course update this thread once "All" of my issues have been resolved.
i also purchased from them and then they took my money and disappeared, nobody go with them I have sent more then 10 messages to them and they have not replied to me either
I know how you feel pal, the last time I heard from bfk is that hes moving his client to a new server, he said I was in move as well! I hope this problem is solve soon
RENDY81 your site is almost done sorry but my family issues come before anything and my staff are working hard to move all accounts as quick as posible plz understand it takes time to bring another server online to move you too. yousellstuff1 You have not been getting a response from me because i was infromed by our billing department that you have filed a paypal dispute and had the founds from our hosting removed at wich time the support for your account is on limmited status this means we anser our paying custmers before yours because you are not classified as payed anylonger senus paypal is looking over the info all other clients if your site is done it's being worked on as i type this sorry but it dose take time for a new server to come online, also note our TOS has rules that regulate paypal disputes and charge backs maybe yousellstuff1 should have read the TOS before fileing his dispute regards.
