    Hi,

I'm new here and definitely new blogging. I used to not to care about blogging before but now it's kind of addicting. Maybe in future I could quit my job or make some little money here or but for now I'll enjoy writing topics of my interests..

Kindly check my blog. I need your thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Good Luck Brother...!

    Carry own.

A wordpress blog could have done better if you are addicted to blogging. Go for a Self Hosted one... that will make you a lot of money :)

There are ups and downs to using Wordpress vs Blogger. With Wordpress, you have an easier time setting things up the way you want them. You can add your own code if you know web languages like HTML, XML, or PHP. But, with Blogger, you start out with a higher starting PR due to being associated directly to google. I do agree though, WordPress is the way to go if you want to earn money with Blogs. It is easy enough to write a few articles pointing to your blog, link them to your WordPress blog, and have a much better PR.

I'm a fan of blogspot too, it's pretty much through google and they can be generous with keyword rankings once in a while. I like how your domain rolls off the tongue, free blogs are great learning and can get some adsense

Really recommend you switch to Wordpress and your own domain, it has a lot more flexibility overall.

    Hey there Diabolikaren,

First of all, I would like to congratulate you for getting yourself interested in blogging. However, I would love to recommend you to use wordpress as a CMS for your blog. And if you have some dollar to spend, buy a domain and hosting. Believe me, its worth the penny. :)

    To your success.

    Hello,

I havent decided yet to spend some money on my own website, right now I'm having fun with my new blog. I'm a fan of anything from google that's why I chose blogger. I'm ok with the free stuff for the meantime, I'm just waiting for the approval from adsense. I changed my blog name by the way,

    wikiunderground.blogspot.com

Please check this out guys, I need your thoughts...:)

I hope you are still as enthusiastic about blogging a year later. Most new bloggers cannot survive the first year of blogging.

@scheng1, how come new bloggers can't survive a year?

I'm getting confused though..the contents of my blog are of course sell out, so I could make some little money with it in the future however I also want to create a more personal blog like some sort of a diary or something...

But can I combine the two in one? so I don't have to manage 2 blogs? Is it appropriate if I combine everything into one blog, like my articles from various categories such as computers, travel etc etc. and my own personal thoughts?
