    Hi folks,

I'm considering running an Adwords campaign to promote by computer forums website.

I have exactly 0 experience with Adwords and only about $30/month to spend.

Is Adwords even worth it with only $30/month? Should I invest more in it?

    Thanks.

It depends on, what your $30/month could generate through AdWords.

What is 1 new member worth to you?

I would suggest looking at a lower Max CPC it will generate a lower position and lower click though rate however, your $30 budget will generate more traffic.

You could also look at your current web stats and see when quality traffic is on your site and or when people normally register. You can run your campaigns to coincide with these times hopefully generating better quality traffic.

My advice would be, to start with Exact Matches only and start with keywords that have low competition. Also be sure to have a low Max CPC and just see how it goes from there.
