    Excellent header, love it.

    Its just that the two siderbars are taking up to much space. Might want to reduce those a tad.

    While having the javascript for the header looks cool, it actually took some time to complete loading. Other aspects like layout and use of color are great. Overall, nice design.

    I like the animated flash header it makes the site look more professional,
    the overall layout and design is very appealing to the eye.
