First rank for keyword with only 11 backlinks?

While searcing for '' watch bleach anime online'' , i found this site http://tamugaia.com/tamugaia.php?what=bleachepisodes
as the first result but when i tried searcing for the number of backlinks, i found only 11.

Is this normal or does the number of backlinks( about 1k) for the mainpage has something to do with this?

 

Sometimes, it is easy to get to the top rankings for some less searches terms and also sometimes, the respected website has many links but as usual only some of them are listed by Google.

 

As that phrase is not competitive at all, it's not surprising that it ranks so highly.

 

there are thousand of search keyword out there, and some high page rank page don't even have a single external link. so it's really normal to get 11 links.

What use is a page that ranks high for a typo but then repels visitors because it appears you can't spell?

 

because the keyword is low of competitors so the sites can reach a top ten page without sufficient backlinks

 

this word/keyword not using much by peeps. so maybe thats y site comes up

 

Agreed with you hoperman.... You should check for quality backlinks not for the quantity

 

I too got into the first page with just 5 backlinks n the link wheel.

 

The links to the main page will have a HUGE impact on the ranking of internal pages. I can rank most long tails on the first page of google using only internal links.

I guess the keyword is less competitive and website have more then 500pages related to the same keywords.

 

You are most likely looking in the wrong place for backlinks. Im showing 45 linking root domains & near 400 inbound links. Their on page SEO is proably good too.

 

there is no such such getting backlinks from google it is because see the 11 backlinks what is the pr or high keyword density
