I just recently set up a site with Google Adsense ads and I made it so my landing page had a very high paying keyword on it. According to google adwords traffic estimator the top advertisers are paying $15-21. Obviously I can't tell you the exact amount I made per click, but it was less then 1/4 that amount. The conversion rate seems perfect. I used Google's own ad service at .10 a bid and only got four clicks on my site in two days (targeting over 300 keywords for my adwords ads of course) but of the 4 visitors I got every single one of them to click on an ad. Still I expected the amount I would make per click to be more. Furthermore I still have trouble getting traffic. Does anyone know where I can get paid traffic? Preferably for less then $0.20 a click? I hear a lot of the contextual ad services are frauds, but I need some legitimate ones to bring traffic to my site.
Good job. So you are able to buy keywords for 0.10 and convert them to 5.00. Wonderful. I need to know this lucrative business. Any body willing to setup a facebook group and teach this technique?
Is that sarcasm? Like I said, I converted well, but I'm not getting the traffic I need. Plus considering how much I thought I was going to make compared to what I really got means that finding profitable keywords is even harder then I thought. Basically there are probably only two or three topics out there worth making a website about that will even make how much I made a click.
breaking TOS is fun.... lol. im not sure but... i a few years ago google cracked down on that... so its just a matter of time now.
Good job on the conversion rate, it's hard work trying to do that. Be a little careful though about buying mass traffic if you are using adsense, because Google may end up banning you if it determines that your site is wholly dedicated to this activity. All the best for the future
